How it All Works

Where is Channel 37 located? We are based in Austin, TX where all product designs, music, merch, and media are created by passionate, go-getter, quirky people. Our dream is to expand to artists of varying mediums and to share a part of their talents too. 

DeltaWAV Info- Charity merch will be released quarterly with a new product featuring a passion phrase and will highlight a specific charity for that timeframe. DelatWAV logo tees will be available year-round and will allow customers to select who will receive their proceeds. Reports will be posted on the website with the total donation amounts, once paid out and will be updated at the end of each payout period.

Music Info- A new single will be released monthly.  Yes, you totally read that right- MONTHLY!! A handful of new merch pieces will be released around the single and you will have the opportunity to get the new single for free with a merch purchase each time you visit! 

Account

Billing Changes- If you need to change your billing info, you must do so in the checkout of your next order. Please enter the new info and select to save it for future purchases. Our system doesn't even allow us to touch that; you know how high security that stuff is!

Update Shipping Address- If you need to update your shipping address, you can log into your Channel 37 account and hit the person icon at the top right of the page. From there, you can update your address and make it the default going forward. 

Why can't I log in?  If you created an account with your first order at the time of checkout, you will use your same email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, please click the "forgot password" link when signing in. If the forgot password link has not worked, you may not have created an account yet. Please reach out to Channel 37 so we can assist.  

Ordering

Discounts- Who doesn't love a discount, seriously; they're awesome. When there is a discount or sale, Channel 37 allows one discount/points voucher per order and if you run into issues with it applying, please clear your device cache and try again. Sadly, if you place an order outside of the sale or discount period, we cannot apply it. However, we are happy to provide a store credit in the amount you would have saved if the order is placed within 48 hours before or after the sale expiration and you reach out to us. While we all love to save as much money as possible, sometimes we miss out. Channel 37 still has to feed our kids, yo! **please note: points and discounts will not apply towards any DeltaWAV items since all net proceeds go to charity. 

Need to Cancel- Please reach out to Channel 37 as soon as possible.  We operate in between dinner, laundry, kids' sports, doc appts, yard work, pets, and any other shenanigans that come up, but we'll do our absolute best to handle it for you! Sadly, no cancellations on shipped orders and no cancellations or refunds on any digital purchases. 

Need to Edit- Please reach out to Channel 37 as soon as possible.  We only operate during the above time periods but will do our best to help! Sadly, no edits on shipped orders or digital purchases. 

Product Variations- As with all mass manufacturing, there could be some slight variations in colors or cuts from the physical product and the photo.  Please be sure to read through the measurements and make sure you select the correct size before ordering. We promise to do our best to represent exactly what you should expect. 

Shipping

Shipping- Shipping prices vary based on how large your order is. Channel 37 does not profit from any shipping costs and only charges what our partners charge. You can expect roughly $4-6 for 1-2 items, under 15oz. Since everything is made to order just for you, processing times are about 5 business days and you will be emailed a tracking link once it ships. Shipping within the US is 3-5 business days with Canada being 5-7 business days.

Please verify this is the correct address before you click Order. You do know where you live, right?  I promise, it won't be out of stock before you look it over; it will still be here! Double-check those digits to save all of us some headache. In the event you didn't read this before, Channel 37 will do our best to update it with the shipper but cannot guarantee it will be possible.  Please reach out to the carrier you selected for shipping and see if the package can be re-routed or held for pickup. If you are using a 3rd party payment system, such as Apple Pay, PayPal, & ShopPay, the address linked to that payment method will auto-fill. That dang pesky auto-fill. Again, please for all that is great on this God-given Earth, check this is the correct address before you click Order.

**No reshipments or refunds for an incorrect address. The offer of store credit will be on a case-by-case basis. 

Package Not Updating- If you do not have any updates to your tracking after 7 business days, please reach out to Channel 37 for help. Shipping carriers and drivers already have a super tough job and we all know it's been even more insane the last couple of years so let's give them a break and little extra time to get the job done. 

**Lost packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis 

Marked Delivered; Not Received- If your package is marked delivered, please allow 72 hours before reaching out to Channel 37. Check with your neighbors and under the house and in your doghouse and maybe even in the trashcan you left at the street. Weirder things have happened. We need your effort too since I have no plans on driving to your home to look for you. If the package has not turned up within 3 business days, please reach out to us. 

**Delivered but not received packages will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis

 Returns/Exchanges

You hate it?  Are you kidding? I'm going to cry. I put my heart and soul into that piece. We are no longer friends. Since each product ordered is made specifically for you, at the time of purchase, Channel 37 cannot accept returns or exchanges. We are a small business and love to help our customers in any way possible and super duper appreciate your support in all ways. Please make sure you read the measurements of products thoroughly so you purchase the correct size.  If you feel there is a defect to your item, please reach out within 15 days of delivery, along with photos and a description of the issue for review.

*All defects will be handled on a case-by-case basis and Channel 37 reserves the right to deny the request if we feel there is no defect present. 

Absolutely no returns or exchanges on any digital content.
